A stroll back to the 80's.

I remember growing up in the 80s.

Honestly, I feel blessed to have grown up in that era. We had some technology, but it did not belong to us. Board games were the go-to on crappy days. And the world was our Oyster on the good days. It's cold outside; no problem. Get all the winter gear you have and put it on. Even if you could barely move, at least you could go outside. I felt like I pretty much lived outside, sort of.

Every day was a new adventure. With me, most of my friends were boys because the girls, for the most part, could not keep up with me. I pretty much had no fear. Most people use their arms to cross monkey bars. I walked on top of them. I was an adrenaline junkie.

Furthermore, when I was around ten years old, it was like it finally hit me to stop doing crazy stuff like that.

Anyone who grew up in that era can relate to the fact that it was time to come home when the streetlights came on. And it was dinner time when you heard your parents yell out the window your name. Those are old-school memories, for sure.
